Whole-piece KAMBAKO Biltong represents the most authentic way to enjoy this traditional South African specialty.

Made from carefully selected beef, it is prepared using traditional methods and slowly air-cured for several days. This natural process allows it to develop a firm texture, a tender interior, and a deep flavour that characterises true artisanal biltong.

Presented as a whole piece, it preserves the entire structure and intensity of the cured meat. Sliced at the time of serving, it fully reveals the character and texture of this South African tradition.

Like other great cured meat traditions around the world, biltong relies on the quality of the meat, the simplicity of preparation, and the time needed for the curing to develop naturally.

Artisanal production

KAMBAKO Biltong is produced artisanally in small batches, using carefully selected beef and respecting traditional South African methods.

Each piece is unique, so the indicated weight is approximate, and natural variations may exist between units.

Presentation

Whole-piece biltong allows slices to be cut to the server's preference, preserving the texture and intensity of the cured meat.

Produced in Portugal using traditional South African methods.

Storage

Artisanal product without preservatives.

It is recommended to store refrigerated between 2 °C and 6 °C.

Sealed vacuum packaging:
Consume preferably within 60 days, when kept refrigerated and with the packaging intact.

After opening:
Keep in the refrigerator in a lightly ventilated container or bag and consume preferably within 7 to 10 days.

As an artisanal cured meat product, biltong may continue to dry naturally after opening. Avoid hot or humid environments.
