Droëwors KAMBAKO is produced according to the South African tradition of dried sausages, a technique that prioritises meat quality and a natural air-drying process.

Prepared from carefully selected meat, this sausage is shaped into thin strings and left to dry slowly for several days. This process allows it to develop a firm texture and a deep flavour that distinguishes true artisanal droëwors.

Traditional bag

Classic presentation, which preserves the natural texture of droëwors and allows full appreciation of the character of artisanal drying.

Vacuum packaging
