KAMBAKO Piri-Piri Biltong – African-inspired cured beef
KAMBAKO Piri-Piri Biltong whole piece combines the tradition of South African cured meat with the vibrant character of African piri-piri. Made from carefully selected beef, this biltong is prepared using traditional methods and slowly air-cured for several days. Throughout this natural process, the meat develops a firm texture, a tender interior, and a deep flavour. A balanced touch of piri-piri adds intensity and aromatic complexity, creating a more expressive interpretation of this traditional South African speciality.
Artisanal production
KAMBAKO Biltong is produced in small batches, respecting the traditional preparation and curing methods that define this cured meat tradition. The combination of meat quality, slow air drying, and the aromatic profile of piri-piri results in a biltong piece with a striking character.
Presentation
Presented as a whole piece, it preserves the entire structure of the cured meat and allows slices to be cut at the time of serving, fully revealing the product's texture and aroma. Each piece is unique, so the indicated weight is approximate, and natural variations may exist between units. Produced in Portugal using traditional South African methods.
