The first artisanal Boerewors produced in Portugal.
Made according to the South African braai tradition — a mixture of beef and lamb, seasoned with selected natural spices, produced in small batches with the utmost artisanal care.
Succulent texture. Rich and distinctive flavour. No preservatives, no shortcuts.
How to prepare
Ideal for grilling over charcoal, on a barbecue, griddle, or frying pan. Serve with rustic bread, grilled vegetables, or your favourite sides.
Artisanal production in small batches
Each batch is 100% handmade, ensuring quality control and respect for traditional processes. Due to demand, we often work with a waiting list — production and shipping times can vary between 5 to 12 days.
