Storage
Artisanal product without preservatives. It is recommended to keep refrigerated between 2 °C and 6 °C.
Unopened package: Best consumed within 30 days when kept refrigerated.
After opening: Keep in the refrigerator in a lightly ventilated container or bag and preferably consume within 7 to 10 days. As a dried artisanal cured meat product, droëwors may continue to dry naturally after opening. Avoid hot or humid environments.
