Droëwors KAMBAKO — Traditional South African dried sausage

Droëwors KAMBAKO is a traditional South African dried sausage, deeply rooted in the region's cured meat culture. Made from carefully selected beef and lamb, it is prepared using traditional methods and slowly air-dried for several days. This natural process allows it to develop a firm texture and a deep, balanced flavour that characterises this South African speciality.

Like biltong, droëwors originates from a culinary tradition based on the simplicity of ingredients, the quality of the meat, and the time needed for the curing to develop naturally. Handcrafted in small batches, Droëwors KAMBAKO preserves the authentic character of this South African charcuterie tradition.
