Made from carefully selected beef, this biltong is prepared using traditional methods and slowly air-cured for several days. This natural process allows for the development of a firm texture, a tender interior, and a deep flavour that distinguishes true artisanal biltong.

In this version, the classic cured meat profile is enhanced with a balanced touch of African piri-piri, which adds intensity and aromatic complexity without masking the natural character of the meat.

Artisanal production

KAMBAKO Biltong is produced in small batches, respecting the traditional preparation and curing methods that define this South African specialty.

The combination of meat quality, slow air-drying, and the character of the piri-piri results in a piece of biltong with a distinctive personality.

Storage

Artisanal product without preservatives.

It is recommended to store refrigerated between 2 °C and 6 °C.

Unopened package:
Best consumed within 30 days when kept refrigerated.

After opening:
Keep in the refrigerator in a slightly ventilated container or bag and best consumed within 7 to 10 days.

As an artisanal cured meat product, biltong may continue to dry naturally after opening. Avoid hot or humid environments.
